• nextcrm_session — user authentication (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, TTL 30 days);
• nextcrm_csrf — CSRF protection (session only);
• nextcrm_locale — interface language (uk/ru/en);
• cf_clearance — Cloudflare bot protection.

2.2. Functional (optional, improve UX)

• nextcrm_theme — selected theme (light/dark);
• nextcrm_sidebar — sidebar expanded/collapsed state.

2.3. Analytics (optional, consent required)

• _posthog — anonymous product behavior analytics (PostHog, EU);
• cf_analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, aggregated statistics).

2.4. Marketing (only with explicit consent)

Currently NOT used. If introduced (e.g., Facebook Pixel), we will notify you separately.

3. How to Manage Cookies

You can:

• Block cookies in your browser settings (Settings → Privacy);
• Disable analytics cookies on the "Settings → Privacy" page in your account;
• Delete all cookies by clearing browsing data in your browser.

Note: without necessary cookies, login will not work.

4. Third-Party Cookies

We do not use third-party cookies (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, etc.) on nextcrm.com.ua. If we plan to in the future, we will add a consent banner.
